I had an issue with parking one day after working hours so I called them and they had someone out to help me right away. An absolute breeze of a process renting. Anytime I called the main office number, my question was answered promptly and efficiently. I worked directly with Erica, and her email response time and detail was absolutely top notch. I was never left wondering, or felt like I was stuck waiting on responses. If you handle your leasing like a professional adult, Sherman Property Management will make the leasing process extremely easy for you. My only recommendation for the company would be to possibly automate the viewing/showing process a little more, or at least make it available through email. Having to initiate the call to set up showings, and then initiate a call an hour before every showing becomes a bit of a challenge if you work the same business hours as Sherman. All in all, fantastic experience and extremely happy with my new apartment
